MY HAND CARE ROUTINE: PM 🫶🧴

Skincare for your hands is a MUST. It’s often overlooked but once you think about the exposure your hands go through everyday, you’ll soon realize it’s a no-brainer to give them some love!

It is important to layer products from thinnest to thickest to get the best results - that goes for body and face care too. Here is my personal routine for night time. 🌙

I start out with a cuticle oil to nourish the nail beds with vitamins and prevent brittleness. I follow that with a hyaluronic acid serum which helps the skin retain its moisture and prevent transepidermal water loss. Afterwards, I apply a retinal serum. I believe this is the most important step for the long run. In the same way it is for your face, it improves cell turnover which helps even skin tone and minimizes fine lines. To seal it all in, I apply a heavy hand cream or salve in the same manner as using a facial night cream 😊
