If you are looking for a really good Mexican restaurant in LA that is also fun on the weekends, you have to try out Tempo Cantina. Tempo Cantina also plays music at nights and on the weekends so it can give a lounge style vibe.

The place is pretty big and wait times vary depending what time you go. There is outdoor seating and indoor seating. You can usually do walk ins and if it’s a small group, you won’t have to wait too long. They offer a parking lot and valet parking.

What I ordered:

1. Surf and turf tacos

- Shrimp and steak tacos and they have a lot of meat. They are also very well seasoned. I would definitely recommend.

2. Margarita flight

- Comes with six different margaritas. They are flavored : Cucumber, watermelon, pomegranate, Gardez, and mango. The mango and the watermelon were my favorite but they are all really good! I would recommend sharing them because they are pretty strong so it’s alot for just one person!
