How to make the viral Dubai Choc ✨

All the ingredients can be purchased from Phoon Huat. For the kataifi, you can purchase em at Little farms & The New grocer!

Tip: if you are not using a low in height silicon mould, choose a bendable plastic container(do not use hard plastic as it makes unfolding your choc v difficult & your choc will end up cracking) that is the lowest in height. Because you can’t fill the chocolate coating halfway. It doesn’t work like tt lol. You have to fill the chocolate coating all the way, covering every inch of the plastic container in order to unmould a perfect chocolate bar.

My advice is to maybe get a silicon mould from Daiso or sum. Rmbr to choose one that is low in height!
