The Only Lip Products I Like Post-Pandemic

Pre-pandemic, if I was doing my makeup, a matte liquid lipstick was coming with me. Post-pandemic, I threw them all out (they were expired anyway.)

I stopped wearing lip products for two years because I always had a mask on. Now, I’m SO hyper aware of how my lips feel. I have been on a mission the past few months to find my favorite lip products that are comfortable for all day wear. Here’s my lineup:

Kosasport LipFuel Lip Balm in Flow $18

For days I want some color, I reach for my Kosasport LipFuel in the shade Flow. It’s a natural looking shade that makes me look a little more awake, but since it’s a lip balm with hyaluronic acid, it’s super hydrating and I hardly notice I’m wearing it. I felt a little crazy spending $18 on a lip balm at Sephora, but this thing never leaves my purse. So worth it.

I LOVE lip oils for hydration. The only issue I’ve had with the ones I’ve tried before are that they last for maybe 10 minutes. Selena figured it out with this one though - it doubles as a lip stain! This terracotta shade is perfect as we head into the summer and as my makeup routine gets simpler because I sweat too much. This hasn’t left my purse since the second I threw it in.
