It was delicious, unique, flavorful and cooked very well.

To celebrated my birthday, I decided to eat dinner at Carbon, setiabudi with my family.

What I ordered:

1. Chipirones (110k)

2. Build Your Own Taco Soft shell crab (150k)

3. Grilled salmon enfrijoladas (195k)

4. Flat iron (295k)

5. Pizza quatroformagi (bisa request kalo gasalah gaada di menu)

6. Chocolatl (130k)

Carbon is a restaurant specialize in Latin Amerincan Cuisine. Dish was great especially the chipirones, the squid was tender and flavorful. Sama sekali ngga amis. The soft shell crab juga super tasty and crunchy. Combine with the soft shell taco was bomb! The flat iron steak was a bit hard tho for me I think. Mungkin next nya coba ribeye or other steak yang more tender. But the sauce for the steak was excellent. Very unique taste. Chocolatl is the iconic dessert. Jadi, for mexicans chocolate is the gift to the world. Perpaduan chocolate nya bener bener enak banget dan ga bikin eneg. Jadi itu cake coklat dan dipakein ice cream coklat. It’s quite basic dessert but could never go wrong. Recommended to try that one!

Place was great, not too big not too small. Ambience was good for night time. It’s quite dim, cozy and great for chilling. There was live music playing at some nights. Services was awesome, all the waitress was friendly and informative.
