⭐️ One of my seafood fav cooking style would be the Kam Heong Clam. I’m a bit fussy with its taste but was pleased with how it turned out at Hokkaido Seafood.

⭐️ Most importantly, the clams’ flesh was sweet and well coated with Kam Heong flavour.

⭐️ If you want to experience the seafood on its own without rice, you should opt for their soft steam bread.

⭐️ I love the idea of having seafood with steam bread instead of mantao. The steam breads tasted lighter and compliments any seafood gravy very well.
