🔹 Bored of the usual chicken dish? Try this Crispy, sticky chicken in tangy orange sauce. The orange sauce is divine!

This Chinese Orange Chicken is made with boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces, dredged, and then fried until golden and crispy. Let’s start:

🔹 Ingredients:

📌 Boneless chicken / chicken breast / chicken tender

📌 salt & pepper

📌 Corn starch

📌 Egg

📌 Orange juice

📌 Orange zest

📌 Plum sauce / ketchup sauce

📌 Grated ginger

📌 Grated garlic

🔹 Steps:

📌 Cut your chicken into bite size pieces

📌 Add your corn starch, salt, pepper, egg and mix well

📌 Deep fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Set aside

📌 In a separate bowl, add in orange juice, plum sauce, some corn starch, orange zest, grated garlic and ginger. Season with salt and pepper

📌 Cook on the pan without oil until it becomes thick but still runny.

📌 Bring back the chicken and mix well

📌 Serve warm with rice and eat immediately
