🔹 Chicken Parmigiana is basically an oven baked chicken, coated with breadcrumbs, smothered with tomato puree sauce and topped with cheese. Let’s start:
📌 Ingredients:
❣️ Eggs
❣️ Chicken breast
❣️ Breadcrumbs
❣️ Parmesan cheese
❣️ Paprika powder
❣️ Salt and pepper
❣️ Tomato puree
❣️ Cheese slices / any cheese of your choice
📌 Steps:
❣️Prepare your breadcrumbs mix. In a bowl, bring together breadcrumbs, paprika powder and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside.
❣️ Crack and whisk your eggs. Set aside.
❣️ Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
❣️ Coat your chicken with the egg and then breadcrumb. Bake in the oven until the chicken is cooked through.
❣️ Take out the baked chicken and spread some tomato purée.
❣️ Topped with sliced cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
❣️ Once the cheese has melted, bring out and serve warm. Enjoy!
