Apa cara you all buat untuk keep your mental health in check? Yelah.. stay at home lama-lama memang boleh stress, terperuk lama dekat rumah without any interaction.

These are my ways (yang melibatkan aktiviti luar) dan interaksi dengan orang.

1. Mommy Group Date

I have my close friend’s yang dah berkeluarga dan ada anak-anak sebaya. So we have this group for anything related to the kids, family or if we just nak share random things. Sometimes we went for playdate. Sambil-sambil anak sakan bermain dengan kawan-kawan, mak-mak pun boleh bergossip😆

2. Outing with Kids

Kadang-kadang just for a quick run to get groceries kita singgah la playground or toyshop kejap. Ideal when you really need a break and some fresh air outside.

3. Holiday with Besties

This is a rare occasion since most of us dah ada family or kerja so nak plan tu kadang-kadang makan masa😅 but funny thing is, the adhoc plan yang selalu menjadi. It’s really great to catch up with your friends and spend time with kawan yang sekepala.

4. Get Back to Nature

Kalau dah selalu pergi shopping mall, sekali sekala try singgah any park with lake to get a different scenery. Bila tengok pokok-pokok hijau, leka tengok creatures or animals around pun boleh hilangkan stress. Boleh bawak roti untuk bagi ikan makan (kalau dibenarkan ya) anak-anak pun confirm enjoy!

5. Get Involved with School Events

Selain boleh dekatkan diri dengan anak, boleh juga buat kawan dengan tenaga pengajar dan staff sekolah. Banyak manfaatnya. Seronok juga buat aktiviti sekolah ni, kita boleh selami perasaan cikgu-cikgu selain bantu memberi idea demi kebajikan sekolah dan anak-anak.

6. Join Classes

Classes that suitable with your interests. Macam i suka fitness like yoga and zumba atau creative class like art and painting. It can be expensive though so cari la kelas yang betul-betul kena dengan minat kita.

7. Dating with Husband

Haa ni la yang paling sepatutnya buat tapi susah juga nak dapat masa keluar berdua bila ada anak-anak yang masih kecil ni. So bila dapat peluang walaupun kejap je, I dengan husband akan pergi explore cafe atau restaurant yang best-best. Dapat la merasa dating dengan boyfriend😁
