As someone who is trying to heal their relationship with food but also lose weight, here is what I've been eating to lose weight but also making sure I don't restrict myself too much & relapse to binge eating! 🥹😭

Anyways here are my quick & simple but yummy meals I've been having for the past month that has helped me drastically ☺️
🍅Tomato Salad — Refreshing & Easy
All you need is: Garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. This is super easy and it honestly feels like im eating bruschetta but without the carbs 😆✨
🍳 Breakfast Egg wrap — A great way to get your protein in & keep you full till lunch is an egg wrap. You can literally do it any style, I would switch between an onion & chilli padi omelette, sunny side up, or scrambled eggs. It really depends on what im feeling that day!
💡Also I use a spray oil to cook my eggs! Just one light spray so its not too greasy.
🦃 If you have turkey bacon, you can add that to the wrap too!
🥗 Quinoa Salad — I found this recipe on tiktok & i've been in love with it ever since! 🥹
All you need is: Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, english parsley, mint, red onion & quinoa. For the dressing we used the balsamic glaze! ✨
🥩 Beef stir-fry with mushroom — I've lowkey been sick of having chicken breast hence this is such a great alternative! 🐄 I would make this in a few different variation, I would swap the mushroom for green beans, broccoli or spinach depending on what I was craving that day or what's in the fridge.
I used shi meiji mushrooms, but you can also use can mushrooms if it's easier! 🍄
Here's what I use for the sauce:
- 1 cap of light soy sauce
- Dash of oyster sauce
- Splash of sesame oil
- Ginger & Garlic
💡Marinate the beef with 1 cap of light soy sauce + splash of sesame oil + 1 teaspoon of corn flour 🌽too with sliced ginger in the fridge for about 10mins before cooking!
🐟 Tuna mayo wrap — Another great way to get your protein intake is to have tuna! It's easy & simple. I'll get the tuna chunk in water + the light mayo, canned corn (sometimes) and parsley. I season it with paprika too!
I don't really like the fishy taste so the parsley really helps to cut through it 🕺🫶🏻
