My go-to resturant for every occasion! 🥳🥂🍕

Ever since i visited Publico 3 years back, I have fell in love with it 🧡 Publico is a contemporary & rustic Italian restaurant just beside intercontinental hotel. It's located in Robertson Quay which is about a 8mins walk from fort canning MRT.

They have both an indoor and outdoor seating area which I would select base on what occasion it is! Usually if I am doing ladies night or girls night I would choose an indoor seat. If i was there for weekend brunch or date night I would choose the outdoor seating which is more romantic (at night) and perfect for afternoon drinks! 🤭🌻

🧡 HERE ARE MY FAV PICKS FROM THEIR MENU 🧡

1. Crab 'Mama Rosa' Rigatoni — An absolute fav the best pasta for me. The pasta is always al-dente + generous portion of crab meat & creamy sauce. I've brought 4 different friends to try the pasta & THEY ALL LOVED IT. (They're picky eaters too 😳)

If you're a big fan of burrata like me —

2. Burrata Woodfire Pizza — Generous portion of burrata that goes really well with the basic tomato base, its simple & not overwhelming. I LOVE Publico pizza crust its a perfect balance of thin & doughy.

3. Burrata + Prosciutto — On a pricier side, but a must have! So depending on how im feeling on that day I would switch between this salad or the burrata pizza. If i feel like having more antipasti and sides to share rather than a whole main!

4. Grilled Octopus — I love love love! If you're a seafood fan, this octopus is a must have, It's on the cheaper side and it's done so well. Tender, Tandy & full of flavours.

Their portions are quite big — So i would recommend ordering 2-3 dishes first to see how you feel after.

🔺Remember to make a reservation 2 weeks ahead (for ladies night & weekends) as they're usually fully booked. 1 week should be enough for weekday dinners! 🔺
