overcoming my fears series:

this is deeper than rock-climbing. it’s mainly about trusting & soaring new heights.

i have a fear of trusting ppl & things. mainly due to me not wanting to feel the pain that may come from betrayal.

i went rock-climbing to help with that. basically having to trust the rope while climbing up and trusting the fall once you’re ready to drop. i hesitated and doubted a few times, but that’s okay in the beginning because i was still able to try and reach different heights. just how it is trusting ppl with you. give yourself a chance on overcoming things that tend to hold you back. you got this!
