Forex gains in property investment

When it involves foreign exchange in investment, everything suddenly gets complicated.

In finance we have forex arbitrage and locational arbitrage.

In property there isn’t really a term for it, but I feel it’s quite rare to talk about it.

When people who are earning in foreign currency, buys in Malaysia’s property, leveraging banks and rebates.

Then while they wait for capital appreciation to happen at the same time if MYR strengthens against their currency, they will gain more from it.

However, it indicates this will also be riskier.
