With big developers coming in, high end condos will be built.

And sadly only with these high end condos coming in, infrastructures like connecting roads, and widening it will only be done.

It’s a way to attract people to pay for the product, and with the current circumstances not many will, if you know you know.

Government will not splurge onto things like this unfortunately because it was usable even up till now.

Of course, enhancement by the private sectors is also good, don’t get me wrong. Just that without a proper return, no one will do things for free.

It’s a capitalist world, and we have to admit it.
