“This area, cannot invest lah”

It’s not the first time I heard this just because the rental is not tally with the monthly instalment.

However, one needs to understand that if an area is own stay oriented, the property prices will be higher.

In an i-nvestment standpoint, dont focus on doing room rentals or hoping to get a high rental.. but think of it like it’s more for capital appreciation.

There are 5 points i focus when it comes to evaluating an area, and here are 2 points ;

1. Commercial activities and Shopping Mall

2. Office components

Bukit Jalil has good commercial components, but when it comes to office components, for job opportunities, it’s lacking a little.
