“Caesar” Salad

Not into anchovies but craving a Caesar salad? Here’s my family’s go to recipe

Wash, dry, and chop 3 heads of romaine lettuce

Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

I also like to sprinkle some ground flax seeds on this salad. More fiber yay ✌🏻

For dressing:

Mince one head of garlic or about 10 cloves

Put garlic in a bowl with 1/3 cup olive oil (leave overnight for a sweeter dressing, otherwise it will be nice a spicy)

When ready to make the dressing, put it into your blender

Add the juice of one lemon (or half of one lemon if you like it less zingy)

Wash the outside of 3 eggs well (this is where the bad bacteria is) and crack them into the mixture

Blend and dress salad

Top with extra Parmesan if desired

For extra protein, add some grilled chicken
