Homemade Banana Peppers

So easy and so yummy for all your savory topping needs

Slice peppers and fill your jar

Bring to boil a mixture half whit vinegar and half water with a tsp to tbsp or salt depending on the size of your jar

Once mixture has come to a boil, fill the jar, close it, and leave it on the counter to cool down

During the next hour, the color of the peppers will change color

Once cool, place in the fridge and use within a month

If you plan to store these longer, make sure you sterilize your jar
