One thing about me, I love vampires 🧛‍♂️ and I went into this book pretty much blind and somehow missed there is in fact, vampires! So that was a pleasant surprise.

I really loved this book and find myself thinking about it often, which a great sign of a good book. I thought the pacing was perfect and the setting and atmosphere I really enjoyed. I did figure out what was going on and the little twist at the end, but that’s what I wanted to happen so that was fine 😂

I thought this was an easy read for a fantasy novel and I really appreciated that!

I’m looking forward to book two and continuing this series!
