This was supposed to be my year…

My year of new and better health. But instead I’m back in the hospital 🙃 I stared my Lupron shots months ago and still was having issues. This month I was so excited, because I made it through December great! I thought I was going to be smooth sailing…

But. Then it all went downhill. I was let go from my job, and I think the stress of that caused me to go into a flare. It is lesser, but still very painful and landed me here at the hospital.

It’s also really hard on my mental health, which I already struggle with daily. But when this happens I get filled with so much anxiety and depression. I feel like I’m not a good wife, a good mom, a good anything when this happens.

I’m going to be seeing an herbalist soon, which I’m super excited for. I need to start working on my whole body health. Anyone see an herbalist??

Also, heading towards a hysterectomy at 32 years old. I know that’s super controversial but Endometriosis is kicking my ass. The only time I’ve had relief is when I was pregnant and for about 6 months after that. So. Let’s see how this year actually goes I guess.
