This is me healing 🤘🏼

I think I really tried to throw, and almost force, myself into self development some years ago when it seemed to become super popular. Don’t get me wrong, there was some real work I did on myself during that time. And I had to start my journey somewhere. But the actual healing that is happening now, it’s something so different.

Writing has always been an outlet for me during times that I needed it the most. I remember writing poems when I was younger about how I felt or what was going on in my life. I’m excited to get back into it. The fact that I’m being drawn to write agin, tells me that I need to write again. And sharing my experiences with others might help someone else not feel so alone.

And don’t forget, everyone’s path looks different. Just because you aren’t where someone else is at, doesn’t mean you aren’t moving in the right direction.🤍
