lately, i’ve been finding myself using my apple watch a lot more. i wanted to share some of the cool apps you can install on your watch to make it more useful!!

1. tappy - self care fidgeter

i love using this little fidget app whenever im anxious out and about! you can set the level of vibrations, and it’s fairly customizable!

2. positive : affirmations

this app is super helpful! it sends you customized affirmations throughout the day! you can set how many you want to receive notifications for a day and what you want the affirmations to be related to!

3. waterllama

this is the cutest water tracker app! i find it nice to have on my watch because my phone isn’t always on me. this has been helping me increase my water intake!!
