Storytime: My fitness journey as a mom of 3

Let me introduce myself~

My name is Joeli but y’all can call me Jo! I’m 25 and i have 3 beautiful babies ages 4,2, and 10 months old.

I’ve always struggled with accepting my body and having 3 babies so close in age definitely took a toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. This year i decided to make a change and start going to the gym! I was super nervous at first because i have 0 confidence. You can just see the insecurity in the first pic 😭 but i’m proud of my progress not only physically but within myself 🫶🏼
