Hiii, this is the first recipe im posting! I really hope you enjoy it as much as i do!!

🤎Let’s start with a very important step to make this masterpieces: *use cold butter* and cut it into small cubes. Let it warm up for about 4-5 minutes before using it (just to make it easier for you)

🤎INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 cup Cold Butter

• 3/4 cup Sugar

• 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 2 Eggs and 1 yolk

• 3 cups All-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

• 1 teaspoon Salt (and some to sprinkle on top before baking)

• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 2 cups chocolate chips or chunks

• 1 1/2 cups Chopped pecans

🤎INSTRUCTIONS:

• Preheat your oven to 410 degrees.

• In a large mixing bowl, cream together your butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy.

• Add eggs and yolk, one at a time, mixing well after each one.

• In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, baking soda, cornstarch, chocolate and walnuts.

•Mix until just combined to avoid overmixing.

•Separate your cookie dough into medium-large balls and place them on a baking sheet (light-colored baking sheets are usually best, to prevent the cookies from burning on the bottom).

• Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on top, and let them rest for at least 15 minutes and enjoy😉

•Note: My cookies were wayyy overcooked, we loved them like that. Don’t be fooled into thinking your cookies will be too raw. We are looking for a soft texture but it's all in your preference!!!
