Making Macarons, Again 👩🏻‍🍳

I made another batch of macarons, this time with my mom, and 😍😍😍 they turned out even better than the first time!

I used the same recipe as before, but I found a video on YouTube that really helped me learn some new tips and things to try.

If you want to make macarons, you definitely need to watch Erin McDowell’s macaron video on the Food52 YouTube channel.

This time around, all my macarons had a nice flat top and feet!! They stuck to the silicone mat a bit, which they hadn’t last time, but I’m getting closer to the perfect batch!!
