I’ve been seeing posts online about adding cottage cheese to scrambled eggs and gave it a try!

I can see what the hype is about, it was delicious! The cottage cheese adds a creaminess and subtle cheesy flavor.

I know some people kind of have an ick with cottage cheese, but you honestly can’t tell that it’s cottage cheese specifically. If you like adding other cheeses to your eggs, I think you’d like this too.

Cottage cheese is also a great source of protein. 30g of protein for 3 eggs and about half a cup of cottage cheese!
