These are some of my favorite breakfasts under 500 calories!!

Egg & Rice Bowl - 383 cals

This bowl has 1/4 cup rice (measured dry), two eggs, and 50 grams of avocado, seasoned with salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin.

Brocoli Cheese Egg Bites - 75 cals each

I have this recipe posted on my page. These are great to freeze and reheat for a quick breakfast on the go! They also pair well with fruit or other breakfast foods.

Protein Oatmeal, Bacon & Berries - 372 cals

This is 1/2 cup oats (measured dry) heated with water. I then mixed in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Paired with 2 slices of bacon and 100 grams of blueberries.

Feta Eggs & Apple Slices - 466 cals

The detailed recipe for this is also on my page. I used 2 large eggs, 60 grams of feta, about 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil, and paired the eggs with an apple and 50 grams of avocado.
