Watch My Cookie Decorating Skills Improve!!

I’m so glad I’ve been documenting my cookie decorating journey because it’s WILD to see how far I’ve come.

My first set of royal icing cookies was very ambitious 😅 so many colors and shapes.

I simplified it down and tried cookies with more limited colors and did single design batches to really figure out what I was doing.

As time has gone on, I’ve added a bit more color and a bit more variation.

There are so many things I know now about royal icing and finding the right consistency and color that have just come through practice.
