Steakhouse that cannot wear shoe 😕

First time dine here. When I was entering the restaurant, I feel weird and uncomfortable as no shoes were allowed inside, but staffs all wearing shoe. The floor is oily, kitchen is open 🥲..

Overall, food and service is good. Ribs are amazing, pasta is average. Service is fast. Quite full on weekend.
