Fried Chicken with special sauce 🇵🇭

Hello guys hows your weekend? I spent most of my time exploring new food 🤭 One of the food that I always wanted to try is Jollibee. As I know its very famous but again I thought just a fried chicken, and I have few brands that I like. So didnt really try it until today.

Then only I know it serve with a special brown gravy. No wonder it makes it more special than other. The sauce taste is not very salty. The texture is slightly thick so it stick on the chicken well .

Ok so about the chicken, it is very crispy and abit salty and flavourful which I like. Best part is the skin is thin and not thick like many brand out there and tasteless. So I really like their fried chicken. The meat is also tender. Also they let me choose which part I want. First time I didnt know about it and got a thigh and chicken wing. But I dont really like wing so next order I request for 2 thigh and they let 😍

I also tried their mango peach pie which is something new to me! But unfortunately I dont really like the skin as its abit thick and hard. I prefer it to be crispy and thin. But the filling is nice.

The queue is quite long but they serve fast , chicken is always newly fried and fried in small batch.
