Supreme Harami Ox Short Ribs is always my go to meat whenever im here. The dish immediately whetted my appetite just by its look as those marblings were irresistibly eye-pleasing! The meat can be cooked to your preferred doneness so we asked for a medium-rare and well-done texture. The result? Both were equally satisfying! The meat had unique tender-to-the-bite goodness and exuded such natural sweetness that I had to close my eyes in appreciation 🤤
