Anthony Special Ramen (78K) - 3.5/5 ⭐️

Spicy & garlicky - very savory. Super creamy with the yolk mixed in, helps to mellow out the spiciness too. Good but nothing mind blowing.

Truffle Shoyu Ramen (118K) - 4.5/5 ⭐️

Truffle was fragrant but not overpowering, well balanced with the shoyu.

Light & refreshing broth, would recommend the Chicken Truffle Ramen if you prefer a richer, creamier broth.

Minaku Cha-Syu (98K) - 4/5 ⭐️

Pork chashu with leek soy sauce. Thick, meaty slices!

Not that fatty so don't expect it to melt in the mouth but I really liked this. Very simple savory taste from the soy.

Mini Yamakake Tekkan Don (78K) - 1.5/5 ⭐️

Got this for the sake of trying grated yam for the first time and I was not a fan of the slimy texture. Very much an acquired taste (like natto!) I don't like yam so I can't give this a fair rating, but tuna was fresh.

They have a huge menu so there's definitely something for everyone. Would recommend reservations. Will be back for sure!
