Yum! Super crispy, fatty and flavorful pork skin. Meat was super tender and very well marinated. So good paired with the three different sambals that came with it.

Pork ribs were definitely very well marinated and doused in BBQ sauce but sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. Meat was very tender.
