My favorite work from home salads

The beauty of a salad. Salads are so versatile and you can make so many fun variations with ingredients you already have in your fridge. I love making salads for lunch in the summer because it is light, packed with flavor, and keeps me full for hours! I am a huge advocate of “taste the rainbow” so my salad recipes hit every mark.

🍑honey peach chicken salad- take full advantage of peach season! There is nothing that beats a sweet peach in the summer time.

🥭mango thai salad- if you can’t tell already, I love fruit in my salads!! It adds a fun texture and burst of flavor into your salad. I love finely dicing all of my ingredients so you can get all the flavors in every bite.

🌯steak burrito salad- move over chipotle! There is a new girl in town!! This steak salad is so so so easy to kale with premade steak from Costco!
