Exploring Maine for 2 weeks with my bf was such an amazing way to top off summer vacation!! The lakes are so clean and the coast is so beautiful. We explored a few historical sites such as Fort Williams and the lighthouse on Cape Elizabeth, and did plenty of outdoorsy activities like pick wild berries out on Hacker’s Hill and stargaze from a canoe out in the middle of Panther Pond Lake. Being so involved in nature gave me a much needed reset and was a great way to relieve a lot of built up stress. I would definitely want to visit this beautiful state again!
