Basic DIY Facial Massage for Glowing Skin ✨

Hi besties! Facial massages are often overlooked but did you know that they do really aid in achieving glowing and radiant skin? Facial massages help in blood circulation and with proper and enhanced blood flow comes more collagen production and improved skin appearance. With that, here are some of my favorite DIY facial massages to help achieve healthier skin. 🤩

✅Start with the forehead. Place the 10 fingers above the eyebrows and gently push up to the top of the forehead and into the scalp. Repeat this five times.

✅Next is on the brows. Using your index fingers and thumb, gently pinch the brows from the inner edge to the outer edge. Do these five times.

✅In the eye area, using the ring and middle fingers, gently massage from the temples, gliding to the eye area, bridge of the nose then below the brows then back to the temple, forming an oval path. This should be done consecutively five times.

✅Next, from the temples, using again your ring and middle fingers, gently glide your fingertips down the sides of your face toward the neck. This massage will aid in the movement of stagnant fluid which may help lessen excess fluid in the undereye.

✅Using your index and middle fingers, gently massage your jaw, starting below the ears towards the chin in circular motions. This motion can be repeated as many times as you desire until your jaw feels relaxed.

✅Make a piece sign using your ring and middle fingers. Place the ring finger above the upper lip and the middle finger below the bottom lip. Gently pull your fingers toward your ear simultaneously and do this five times.
