Not real Gold?

Okay so first off I am a real fan of Louis Vuitton. Always have been and always will be, definitely the best luxury brand out there imo 😩. Now, when I purchased these, it was more of a gift to myself for my birthday. Definitely was super excited, especially since I was just beginning to get in to my gold era. I loved the size and they just looked super nice on my ears 😆.

The problem started when I had them on for only about 2 hours and my ears started to hurt and feel sore. I figured I may have had them on too tight, so I loosened them a bit. The problem persisted and before I knew it I had them on for about 6 hours and my ears became SWOLLEN and I had small amounts of pus when taking them off 🥺🥺.

I ended up taking them back, because well number one they were basically $500 earrings that my ears could not handle. Obviously, I know they aren’t real gold but you are just paying for the LOGO. At that point it’s just not worth it. Also, I am allergic I guess to the gold plating which makes sense because my mom growing up always bought me Gold post earrings and I never had this problem.

So unfortunately LV I love ya, but this is definitely a flop for me :((
