- **Wednesday: Leg Day**
- **Friday: Arm Day**
**Daily Goals:**
- **Water Intake:** 2,000ml/day 💧
- **30 min walk every other day** 🚶♀️
**Workout Details:**
- **Weight:** 15-20lbs
- **Sets:** 3
- **Circuits:** 3 each workout
- **Rest:** 1-2 min between sets
- **Time:** 45min
- **Warm-ups/Cool-downs:** 15min
**Current Measurements:**
- **Bust:** 36in
- **Waist:** 24in
- **Hips:** 40in
