In honor of it being MAY 1st aka SUMMER IS COMING- I made our favorite summer snack…Boat Dip!! If you’ve never had this, it’s like a taco explosion in your mouth that you cannot stop eating. I hope you all enjoy it!! Let me know if you make it! 😘☀️

***There are no exact measurements on this! Do everything to taste and depending on how many people you have, you can add more or less!!***

You will need:

•Sour Cream

•Taco Seasoning

•Rotel (strain well or your dip will be too runny)

•Shredded Cheddar

Directions:

•Dump in a bowl and mix! It’s even better after it’s chilled for one or two hours.

•Serve with chips, veggies, pitas, etc.
