Luxe Picnic

Memorial Day is quickly approaching! Instead of a traditional BBQ, try a luxe picnic! BUT FIRST FOLLOW @homewithmrshomebody 👈🏽.

So this weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting a luxe picnic with the ladies in my neighborhood. It was fantastic and so necessary. Every vendor we sourced was charging only for decor and did not provide food, so I partnered with @3rdroweevents to bring the full experience, food included.

The picnic was incredible, and everyone made a meaningful contribution to the experience, which made the planning and execution really seamless. If you’d like to do something similar here’s what you’ll want to consider:

👉🏽 Party size: We had 16 people attend, and it was a good number. Consider the group size and space before planning.

👉🏽 Contributions: Crowd source some of

The items from the guests, it will help reduce rental costs and you’d be surprised what items guests have on hand.

👉🏽 Self Serve Food Options: Choose a food option that will serve well at any temperature, and allows guests to serve themselves. We chose elevated bagged lunches and fruit platters. For drinks we served sangria and lemon infused water.

This was an unforgettable day with unforgettable people. 🫶🏽
