How I healed my Diastasis Recti

About 4 years ago I realized I had Diastasis Recti and honestly I had not one idea what to do. I thought doing every single an exercise would fix it and little did I know I was wrong. The crunches, planks and sit ups were making it work!

I then began researching how to heal my Diastasis Recti and stumbled across a program called every other and in 18months closed my an separation and went from the photo in the black shorts to the photo in the green shorts.

I was so proud and happy that I had began healing and starting this journey... And little did I know it was just the beginning!!
