Coconut curry shrimp 🍤 my fiancé approves! 🤪

This was my first time cooking anything with coconut at first I was skeptical about it but it turned out so good, the curry made it even better and adding the bell peppers were chefs kiss. You guys should give it a try!

1. Sauté your shrimps then put to the side.

2. Prep your veggies put to the side.

3. Add coconut to pan then add curry and other seasonings, doesn’t have to be the ones I used.

4. Add veggies to sauce let it cook for a bit then add your shrimps.

5. I prefer to eat it with rice but whatever floats your boat.

Garnish- some dried parsley (optional)
