Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

Summer salads are here!! I love grilling meat and placing it on some crunchy greens with fresh vegetables - there’s nothing like it!

However, the best part to me is the dressing. It makes or breaks the salad. This is a recipe for a super simple creamy avocado cilantro dressing!

In a blender, throw in an avocado, 1/2 plain Greek yogurt, a splash of water, an entire bunch of cilantro, a few cloves of garlic, some salt, and a squeeze of lime juice. Blend this, adding more water until you get the consistency you want!
