Fourth of July cheesecake dip 🇺🇸

Raspberry cheesecake dip! This would be such a great recipe to make for a Fourth of July cookout! You could do raspberry & blueberry to make it look even more festive. 🎉 Here’s how to make it!

1️⃣- With a hand mixer, mix together 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2️⃣- In another bowl, mix together 1/2 cup heavy cream with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes or until peaks form.

3️⃣- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. At this point, pour this mixture into your serving container.

4️⃣- Mix in 1/4-1/2 cups fruit preserves. The original recipe called for strawberry preserves, but since my husband is allergic, I planned on using blueberry. My store did not have blueberry preserves in stock, so I went with raspberry! Truly you can use whatever type of fruit preserves like!

5️⃣- Serve immediately or, like me, I made this the night before our boat day and stored it in the refrigerator overnight! It was delicious with pretzels but you could also eat this with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit.
