The BEST chicken salad!!!

Recently I’ve been making this chicken salad for work over the weekend and enjoying it for work during the week! It doesn’t need to be heated up, so it’s the perfect grab and go lunch for a busy person! Plus the longer it sits in the refrigerator during the week, the better the flavors get. I look forward to this lunch every day, and it’s so easy to prep on Saturday or Sunday!
