MEATBALL SUB CASSEROLE 😋

I was very intrigued when I saw this meatball sub casserole, and it did not disappoint! This was so easy and a one pan meal, so dishes are a breeze.

Open a can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each one into 8 pieces. Put these into a greased 9x13 pan along with 1.5 cups marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried basil, and dried parsley. Mix this together.

Next dump in two 14 oz bags of frozen meatballs and mix them into the sauce and biscuit mixture.

Sprinkle on 2 cups shredded mozzarella and bake covered with foil at 375° for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until cheese is bubbly and the meatballs are completely warmed through.
