my work hours within two weeks 🥲

I normally work Monday-Friday from 7:45 to 4:30 but last Friday I pulled a 12 hour shift and Saturday I pulled a 10-11 hour shift 🥲 I only had Sunday off which sucked ):

I feel like I have a hard time saying no when people ask me to cover for them lol. I need advice on what to tell coworkers when saying no but like in a nice way lol
