In old Korean society, a Jumak was a kind of tavern or inn that served alcoholic beverages and food and also provided lodging to travellers. It was also called jusa (酒肆), juga (酒家), or jupo (酒舖).
A homely cosy place with an old school feel with traditional korean music playing in the background. The wooden door brings you to a "tavern" with korean food. The food was good and service was attentive. The leek seafood pancake was full of leek (super a lot) and tender squid. The soondubu jijjae was not too spicy and on point. They offered free bingsu and soarched rice water (self-service). Definitely a place where I'll come back again!
