here are the exact steps i follow to transform any notebook into a tarot journal

1️⃣📋 i make a list of fears & i face them with factual evidence

2️⃣❓i ask my question

3️⃣👇🏽 i look to the bottom of the deck some days. this card can be considered energy you are furthest away from, or energy that you must found yourself on.

4️⃣🃏 i pull a card! i focus on naming all of the elements that i can see and review my guidebook if needed to determine the lesson of the card.

5️⃣🤔 if i’m really unsure of the meaning. i pull one clarifying card. the lesson of the clarifying card will fit perfectly into your initial card; dont overthink it.

6️⃣✍🏽 i write everything into a summary message. this is my way of wrapping everything up into something digestible and easy to think about during the day.
