Speaking from experience, here are some ways to be a better girlfriend!

Love languages are so cool and people show and receive love differently. Make sure to check in with your partner so you can communicate best with whatever love means to you.

Stereotypically, guys show emotion less and that is okay! That does not mean they do not feel however. Be kind and supportive always, you never know when they need it!

If you've been together awhile, it is easy to get lazy. Putting effort into your relationship keeps it alive and keeps your relationship healthy and growing.

Give him time alone and get your time alone! Having separate hobbies and growing separately is important for each individual and can contribute to a healthy relationship.

Having a hobby and learning something together can strengthen your bond and is so much better than just watching tv together every night!

Always check in and see what they need and what you can give. It is not always 50/50.
