SUPERMODEL Inspired Slimming Smoothie

Smoothies can be so fun!! Here is a supermodel inspired smoothie to help debloat and feel good.

Fruit is always for taste! It is high in natural sugar which is NOT bad but make sure to add lots of leafy greens for vitamin C and de-bloating effects. Lots of greens help keep me regular and make my gut feel a lot better.

Definitely add a scoop of your favorite protein powder! Maintaining muscle mass is crucial and helps you get the toned look if that's what you want. It also keeps you full and is super great for the macronutrient breakdown per calories.

I usually just add some water to help things blend but feel free to add a bit of juice or yogurt for texture!
